Zilla Likes Football

Yesterday afternoon/evening I discovered she likes watching football! She sat on top of her cage watching the TV and making her happy excited sounds for a couple of hours, even staying up about 20 or 30 minutes past her normal nite nite time!

I think I spent more time watching/talking to her than I did watching the game!

She was really excited and joined in when I was yelling and/or cheering at the TV.

It was great to see her enjoying herself.

And her feather colors are the colors of my favorite team too! Oregon Ducks green & yellow!

I know of another zon who loves football. My friend in Az has a GCA named Charlie. Charlie screams "touchdown" when we're watching TV and the fans are yelling really loud.Most of the time it's not a touchdown but it's still funny. I think they just like the excitement.
