Working with a shy, neglected Amazon

My Nanday is especially difficult to photograph because she moves so fast. I hit the button to take the pic and by the time the camera gets it, she is running toward something else. I have a lot of pictures of her back, lol!
 
I checked our your pics and they are all beautiful! The colors are just amazing - you're a fantastic photographer. I agree with Roxy though - it is very difficult to get interesting photos so you've done a really wonderful job. Can't wait to see what you get when you bring Kazi home and can snap him 24/7! Lots of luck to you!

I have a dog like that. We have hundreds upon hundreds of photos of Maggie where everything is in perfect focus except her head. I don't think she ever holds it still. :rolleyes:

Thank you so much! I have a Very Expensive Art Degree that isn't earning me a penny! I wasn't trained in photography though, I just enjoy doing it and parrots make such amazing subjects between their antics and bright colors, I just love taking pics of them. But I do have to take a freaking ton to get the gems.
