I received a 5 month old GCC from a friend of a friend. His right wing never folds correctly. His wings are clipped, but when he flaps them, they both seem to work just fine but when he folds them back up his right wing always goes to that position and never lays against his body like the left wing does. The person I got my GCC from said it has been that way since birth. Is this common? Will this get better with time? Should I ask a vet?

If none are near you, maybe you could call and ask for a recommendation for somebody in your area.
And... sometimes, distant vets will offer brief thoughts or advice...
Or... sometimes I find a place to start just by Googling "avian veterinarian near ((your location))"
Or maybe a local breeder might help... again, maybe Google?
