In your second post you mentioned she's a lot more bonded to your mum than you. She wasn't in eye shot was she?? Or could even hear her?? Might just of been enough to say back off???
Also if you cut 2mins of video out I'm sure she'd just had enough. Again, I've not much experience with greys either.

I think he was frustrated, and didn't like it, biting your finger thinking that is what made that taste. Or he loved it and just wanted more

Aw, that was a very "Georgie" move on his part. My Georgie did those quick, unexpected things sometimes, usually regarding getting too close to her personal space. A few times she somehow misinterpreted people who were feeding her, reached to give her another bite and then she bit them bloody.
Sometimes it's so hard to tell, but it sounds like the spoon idea is good for a while. Glad he didn't bite too hard. That was more of a cranky nip by the look of it.
