Welcome to the forums @igormkd! I would suggest your baby's tail feathers have fallen out naturally and will grow back soon. What's your little one's name by the way? Such a beautiful birdie!

He is preening himself. Preening is cleaning and smoothing out feathers. Birds do a lot of this. Just keep an eye out for over preening, also known as plucking, which is a destructive habit. Looks pretty normal to me.

Well idk about that but do i need to do something about it? He is doing this maybe 1 week, sometimes he dont sometimes he do, i saw on some videos some birds stomach is clear like this one i found on youtube

Room is 26 celsius (warm) i have air conditioner i put it only for him because nights was 18 celsius, i also have air purifier with hepa filter, and im thinking to get air humidifier idk which one but if is needed i'll put it too. I also order some new toys waiting them to arrive, and this year maybe i'll get a larger cage for him like this.

About the tail feathers... what Manuka said! It took my clumsy, reckless bird a couple of years to grow a decent tail!

Re-evaluated the pics you posted. Please take a few full front pictures of your IRN, so we can clearly see his breast/chest area.

Hey sorry for late reply, idk what to do but look why my bird look like this now, too much white over his feathers like hair alot and also at back he has and sometimes i see him with hands cut it, i give him bath more times but didnt help

It looks like he's plucked his feathers out. You should take him to an avian vet to try to determine the cause. I hope everything's okay.

I'll check because here no much vets who take care about birds only cats dogs etc i ask some but i hope ill find
