why are tofu wing shaking

Could be several things!
- Parrot is cold and trying to warm-up.
- Parrot is very happy to see you.
- Hormonal and feeling the chemical flow, excited.
- Wants a ride to some place else and elected not to fly.

Likely several more, which others will likely add.
What do you think it is?

yaa she is being more playful than sky which is very weird and doing some new stuff she never did

Try a vet visit just in case, even if she might be healthy.

Do you think she's just happy to see you?
Can you specify what "new stuff she never did" is?

I know you will, it's obvious you care! In the meantime, make sure he's warm, and make eggfood to help him.

That can help, yes. I do suggest making eggfood first, though, as that is the most important thing-it keeps your birds weight up, while giving them extra vitamins and other things to help their body replace all the fats, protiens, and vitamins lost while sick.
