No, why is there a limit on how many PM's you can send (250 for members, more for paying members)

I am not sure if that has been updated. I'll ask admin and direct him to the thread.
Thank you for asking and for letting me know where you found it! Much appreciated.
You're welcome, I love my friends and would love to be able to PM them more than 250 times

What that limit used to mean was your inbox could only hold 250 pms at a time, but you could delete ones and still keep receiving PMs and sending them.
There was a difference because it was an extra perk for being a Supporting member. Sensing a pm now to see if it has changed.

That's great!!!

DO YA HEAR THAT FOXX???

The other reasons is that PM's take up valuable memory and as a result, limiting the size of one's PM history does not take up valuable memory.

Supporting Members are provided additional memory as a result of their contribution to the Forum and off-setting those additional costs.

Another reason is that the Forum gains increase viewership when Threads are created and Post are connected. And the more interesting the Thread is, the greater the views! PM's are private and have zero interest to Viewers.

It would likely be better to exchange emails /texts than to be filtering one's PM files all the time.

Okay, the perks that one gets with Supporting Membership are here:

Account upgrades

If you are not a Supporting Member, your inbox can only hold 250 PMs, which includes sent and received as David mentioned.
You just need to clean out your inbox more often by deleting some PMs when you get close to the limit.
Investing in a Supporting Membership not only gives you more perks, but it also helps support this forum that we all love.
If you would like more room in your inbox, this may be something to consider. The cost is $12.99 for a year, which comes down to $1.08 a month, .25 cents a week and .04 cents a day.
