White spot on cockatoo's foot

Hello,

My cockatoo has this spot on her foot, seems to bother me more than it bothers her but regardless I am quite concerned. Vets here were no help.

I noticed this quite a while back, did a quick research & changed the setup in her cage accordingly. The spot did not improve.

She does however spend a good portion of time in the back of my chair when I work (4-7 hours) her cage is too far away & she hates stands. Could that be it?

As a test see if you can limit the amount of time she spends in one position. Keep trying the stand, treat her if she stays put, add things to interest and occupy her.

The fact that she is stationary for a fair time is something I would want to change if at all possible.

The skin does not look broken, so perhaps a sign of excessive pressure on one part?
