Where can I find leg bands cutter?

Hi

I have a Goffin cockatoo and she have Leg Band on both of her legs I would like to cut one of them off so I can ware a chain ring on one side of her leg but I couldn't find any metal ring cutter anywhere

Do you have any Idea where can I get this scissor on the internet? I don't want to risk with the normal scissor

I honestly don't know anything about this... so pardon my ignorance, but I would personally take it to an avian vet... I'm sure they have the right tools for such a thing. I would hate for you to injure your bird!

thank you for your reply Tswift. I've already took her to avian vet near by my area but they only have a small ring cutter they don't have a the larger type + they not planing to buy one so I plan to buy this on the Internet and have them remove it for me.
