I know Bingo is not a conure but I wanted to answer the question of the O.P. with a video.

Bingo hates the mist bottles and he already broke this one.
If I need to get Bingo out of his cage and he is reluctant to step up I just show him the magic bottle
He leaps out of his cage and latches on to this sprayer and goes to battle.
