what does your bird smell like?

ok, this is problem the strangest question posted on here but, what does your bird smell like? I just love the smell of my birds. My cockatiel, Rocky, smells like warm sheets and dusty and his beak smells like popcorn. My other Tiel smells slighltly like crayons, but when I kiss her beak I get the lovely popcorn smell. I actualy inhale the scent of my birds because it smells so good! My brother's eclectus smells very strongly of perfume, or honey maybe?? He said he can't even notice it, but I can smell it from a distance. So what does your bird smell like, and does anyone else have the weird habit of sniffing their birds?

I'm will confess I am a bird sniffer! Barry smells so nice, really sweet, Nelson does a bit too but not quite as much... I guess you could say it was a bit like honey...

The eclectus seem to have a very sweet smell compared to the cockatiels more like dust and popcorn

My daughter and I smell our conures too. They do have an aroma like honey or something vegan . We love their scent.

My boy smells like honey when he's happy . But only I seem to be able to smell it, the other members of my family don't get it.

He sometimes smells like cinnamon and corn from his food. I wish I could get close enough to sniff his beak but I'd come away from that interaction less one nose! LOL!!

I think I know the smell you mean lisascannell, my partners too is a bit like that... Different to my two anyway.

My birds smell good but I can't really describe it. Gizzy smells like a heavenly baby bird :-D. Phoenix sometimes has a lil funky morning breath though lol. Ewwww

I LOVE sniffing my galah- she is such a sweetheart I'll just nuzzle my face into her feathers and she snuggles right back lol she smells slightly dusty but sweet..??

But Amazon musky scents are my favorite though

I am a relentless bird huffer.

Both my macaws smell so awesome, I sniff the heck out of them!! My baby Amazon, Bacci died in November, and I will never ever forget his scent. I would kiss him on his beak, and just sniff him, and nuzzle him. His smell is forever imbedded in my memory.

I can't describe what our Grey and cockatoo smells like (but they do smell different), but Luna our Meyer's parrot smells like curry! Yes, seriously! We sometimes joke that she's already spiced and ready for cooking
