What does this noise mean?

Today I had my turquoise green cheek out of her cage and I noticed she started to make this noise.

While making it I was petting her head and she was in my neck. Does this mean she wants me to stop?

My GCC Maddox makes the same noises. It's a good thing! it is content and happy sounds

I call these “little quacks” Ona does it when she is content or sleepy.
