My guy was previously fed a high peanut, sunflower seed and Walmart mix diet.Ive had him for 3 mnths now.
He eats a few pellets but not alot. He will eat a grape or a blueberry or a piece of orange but thats about it with fresh stuff.
I have found that he will eat birdie bread so I pack it with veggies and pellets hoping he will get some nutrition.
So in the mean time he is eating Zupreem pellets, nutriberries and a few seeds but is losing some weight because he holds out for seeds.He will scream for seeds and beg and scream some more till I give in.
Heres the deal.They have some very nice parrot mixes at "MY Safe BIrd Store" I want to get some but dont know what kind to get. The mixes have alot of dry fruit and veggies as well as some seeds and nuts.Im hoping he might like something in there.
Anyone care to take a look and help me pick out something that is healthy and appropriate for a Sun conure?
