What cage size for 2 Sengal parrots?

I'm getting a bonded pair of Senegal's whats a good size cage for the two of them.

Take the over all length of the parrot (tip of Beak to end of tail) x 4 = minimum wight. Take the over-all total Wing span x 1.5 = minimum depth. Take the overall height from claws on perch to top of head (upright stance) x 3 = minimum height.

Minimum cages are just that, minimum!

What are your plans for these 'bonded' parrots? And, what happens if you find that they are not 'bonded' and need to be separated? It is always a concern when a 'bonded' pair are made available without their cage! Wouldn't you agree?
