Every morning Mishka tries to have a sip of my coffee, but never succeeds......
I am now working full time, leave the apartment at 8.30am and return at 5.30om. Have been since 5 May 2011. Was always home with Mishka 24/7, for almost 4 years. He has adapted so well, I think better than what I did LoL. Best part when I walk in the door each evening, he keeps calling for me saying Hi Mom, mommy I love you, mommy is a good mommy.......
He is actually more loving than he was before.

Mishka is absolutely hilarious, he has us laughing constantly. He picks up words extremely quickly, listening to us chatting, mumbles a bit then begins to say the words almost immediately. He has a natural talent for putting words together, making sentences.

LoL it sure does sound like he was on the telephone. At night, when sitting on my lap, if my cell phone rings, he makes the sound of the ringtone, then keeps saying okay bye bye okay bye bye till I am finished with the call.
All our birds have such great personalities and characters.

OMG Merlin is so cute, he speaks beautifully.
He reminds me of Mishka so so much, the way he uses hes claws when chatting away, and changes the tone of his voice. You have done a great job HIGH FIVE
Wish Mishka and Merlin could meet, imagine them having a chat, now that would be awesome.

Merlin came to me after his owner of 15 years passed away. He took to me on day three, which totally surprised me. He saw me scratching the dogs and just couldn't help himself. He stepped up and let me scratch and pet him on the 3rd day I had him.

Evidently the wife kept him locked up with no toys, and only fed him seed and peanuts as a treat. I don't know if you can tell from the video, but he had started plucking his neck and chest and under his wings. I have switched him to Zupreem and off the peanuts and pleant of fruits and veggies. He has really opened up.

I can't take the credit for his talking. I do constantly talk to him and tell him what I'm giving him and what we are doing and what toy I'm handing him. But he was obviously a good talker already. He picks up new words and phrases every day. He is amazing. The NO in the low voice is me He does my voice, my wife's voice and one of my daughters already.

I will share more as we take more videos. He is a ham and has long talking spells every day. He already asks me for grapes and apples He is so smart and he is soooooo loving.

while I pet him and scratch him, I talk to him and tell him how sweet he is. Yesterday when I got home, he rubbed his head on my face and said "You're so sweet"! He is a wonderful, wondurful Grey.
