I am enclosing a message from my bird club about the bird that was found last week. It is from the Baltimore Bird Fanciers and I quote:
Hello Members,
"I have a visitor I picked up last night from Kathy Woods. She(not sure) is a lovely fully flighted Hybrid Macaw. I do not want to give full description as I am leery of someone claiming her. I know none of our members would even consider such a thing but I am erring on the safe side. She is very gentle and a little timid toward me. She was very happy to go to Kathy's husband Hugh so she seems to be more comfortable around men. She is banded. She flew into the window of the Fed Ex building in Essex, MD.
Please, forward to you bird friends. I am sure the owner of this little treasure is heart sick. They can email me or you can give them my cell # (410)935-0298 for more information.
I assure you she is being well taken care of and has eaten non-stop since Kathy picked her up. I will post on Craig's list and Parrot 911. I did not include any e mail addresses - we are reaching to the public and this is a good way -
