Update on Charlie's Plucking

Charlie, my 23 yr old peach front Conure, seems to have stopped, or minimized plucking his chest. He's really started showing his age, with disheveled tail and wing feathers. I gave him some stuff to shred when he hangs upside down from the top of the cage. He adores doing it. Confetti everywhere! He prefers shredding any paper product when there, from books to boxes, so I have to be careful what I put on top of the cage! I've also started moving toys around more often. He's in his glory . He talks the whole time he's watching me fix his 'crib', LOL!

And like a typical conure, he loves (LOVES LOVES LOVES) his bells.
