Well, after a fantastic spring molt and growing back his chest feathers, multiple foraging and new shredding toys AND moving him into a large flight cage... Charlie, my Peach Front Conure, has decided to pluck. AGAIN. It's just his outer belly feathers and not his down. I've even been showering him! When they say plucking is a frustrating thing to deal with, they're not kidding!
