Unsure if..

Parrots
Perry: Standard green and yellow budgie.
Peep: Blue and white budgie.
Harvey: Hahn's Macaw
I know that the female's cere's tend to get a crackly look to them with more of a brown-ish coloration as the mature.

I'm unsure if that is what this is, or if it is a sign of something else. As far as I can tell, nothing else has changed with her.

Does anyone else know?

Yeah, unfortunately, it got resized when I uploaded it onto the forum. First time that has happened to me thus far.

I used to be able to use imageshack, but they charge money now. :(

Well, it was pretty much entirely smooth and white, until about last monday. That is why I was asking. Wasn't sure if this was a normal part of her maturing, or something else.
