Unknown bird breed

Hi I want to buy this bird but have no idea what breed it is neither does the seller can someone help

reminds me of a Indian ringneck, but the beak is black instead of red and the eyes seem different. Hopefully someone will know the species

I was also going to say an Indian ringneck but the beak and eyes are different.
It may be a hybrid? Or something from the same family?

It has some features like the long tail.

It also reminds me of a moustache parrot x indian ringneck. Ive seen one in person which looked similar. The one I saw was a couple of months old.

I've been looking around at different Asiatic parakeets, found a species called the malabar parakeet that is similar. The one in the photo seems greener, but the lighting isn't great.

Got the other species.... an Echo Parakeet!


I don't know that the Echo's made it into the pet trade, therefore, African is more likely.

Yeah, looks a lot like an African Ringneck to me too, but the beak looks VERY dark, darker than any ARN beak I've ever seen. Maybe it's just the picture.
I agree that it's probably not an Mauritius (Echo) Parakeet even though it kind of reminds me of one too

I believe it's a young ring neck, hence the dark beak and 'different' eyes!!
