Trick question....Do our birds have hands or feet??

Hi, Do our birds stand on their feet and eat with their hands? Are they fingers or toes?? We need a new name that is used for a bird that uses the same appendage for both AAA Maybe call it a fand? or a hanfut? or a hoofoot?

Also, is that cute appendage in the front of their face a mouth or a nose?? LESLEY
