Hi, for the couple of days the threads have been mislabeled for me. All of them. For example when I click “baby lovebird question” the thread that opens is “newbie.” I’m using the Tapatalk app, but all my other forums are loading normally. Not a single parrot thread is opening the correct way though. Any suggestions? It makes it impossible for me to find the threads I’m trying to respond to unless I know what name they are hiding under.

Dani, I apologize for this annoying problem. I don’t use the Tapatalk app but I will ask the smart mods if they have any ideas or solutions. I’ll let you know.

For example this thread is now under “LEGO kakapo”

Anansi saw the same problem using his Tapatalk app, not in every case but in some. I contacted Admin and asked them to have a look, I’ll share the reply.

I have the same when I click "tornado on the way" shows Sunny's birthday thread. But I have it only when I click notifications, normally when I go to the forum (I mean Tapatalk all the time) all is correct to me

I have that same thread under that label, but even when I go directly to the forum (via Tapatalk) it’s not correct.

Yet all my other forums that I’m active on are having no issues.

Reason—because of the lost posts, some of the thread counters are messed up in your cache! The system reset and used the lost indexes!
If you weren’t on during the lost time, all is good for you!

So is clearing the cache a solution for Dani and others?

And if so, how do we do that?

It should, I believe so! You see the count when you do a quote! To play, try changing the number and see what you get! I know there is something else involved because the present count is 8005xx, and the forum total is much higher than 800k posts!
Edit: looking over the forum history, that 800,5xx is actually our total post count!

Hey, Dani. Admin is still looking into things, but I just saw your last post about being unable to post on your thread. I just tried posting from Tapatalk and it worked for me, so please let me know if you're still having the problem. If not, the issue may already be resolved. But if so, it may be an issue that affects some but not others. Thanks.

This is what I get when I try to open that thread

I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app :( it seems to only be effecting posts from a few days ago, not new posts, but all the ones that were messed up still are :(

I bumped your Thread, with hope that will help, while they work to correct any other issues that may still be at large.
