This Forum is killing me slowly

Hahaaaa. Been there....Done that too. There truly is an enless volume of interesting threads, incredible photos, stories that teach me, make me laugh, make me cry, make me Oooh and Ahhhhh. There are worse things to be addicted to.... LOL. But yeah, like others posted, set time limits. I find that making a cut-off time for using technology (other than audio) works pretty well for me, i.e. at "X" o'clock, simply stop using computer, phone, tablet.

I really enjoy "seeing" everyone's birds and hearing the stories, so yes.. it's addictive!!!

Ditto! It was either get a parrot or get off the forum. I chose to get a parrot. Now I am addicted to both.

Ugh I can totally relate to this thread because I can totally relate to everyone on here! We are bird lovers, so naturally only we "get it" no one else feels all the emotions like I do for my pet birds or others birds!!! This is way better than Facebook or twitter LOL I LOVE this forum everyone is always there for one another for everything. I find this forum super helpful for both my birds and myself so, I too am an addict :52:

Oh, how exciting! I already had someone on another forum say something about my choice of parrot and how STRICT the Ekkie diet is and that it can't be duplicated in captivity, as if I was niave to my decision... I assured them that I was QUITE aware and that we all learn day by day and that somebody has got to learn what is right for them, why not me?! :20:
