Pepsi and sprite, both are American male budgies
If any of you have seen pics of Pepsi and sprites current cage, you will agree with me that it's cramped. And since they are growing from baby to adult, they are getting LOTS of growth spurts. Typing this makes me feel like a 14 year old kids parant LOL . They are getting bigger and I feel more active. I don't want to wait for my birthday to get a new cage and instead save up. My parants dont give me an allowance so I'm getting creative with ideas ( and if you are going to say get a job, I'm only eleven ) to earn money. First I want to decide on a cage then know how much I need to save up for. I want to buy from birdcages4less.com. Can you tell me what's the bar size for a budgie ? Which one of these will best suit 2 budgies.

Those a both nice sized cages. Check out the basic flight cage too, they are huge and inexpinsive (between 100-150). You may even think it's a little too big for the space you have :)

A good way to make a little money is a garage sale. You could also see if you mom will let you set up and etsy and sell art or other cool things you can make. If you have a lot of parakeet wing and body feathers you can sell them as supplies.

Thanks ! If I collect the feathers , I don't think I will be able to sell them to conurecrazy or other members because my mom will not really let me ship to people I meet online. I could sell them at a local arts and crafts store or door to door sales men ? You just gave me a bunch of ideas !

You can also sell feathers to people making fly fishing hooks, post on Craigslist and you and your mom can meet the buyer together at a Starbucks or something so they don't know were you live.

That's a really good idea. Their are A LOT of fishers here on long island in the summer . I'm going to try your Craigslist idea :) . I looked at some basic flight cages, they were cheap as you said but way to big. We have limited space. Their current cage is in a small crook in the living room, but they get full view of everybody.
