Aw, adorable baby! What species?

Hope he is being kept warm in a brooder of sorts as this baby is far too young to be without an adequate source of heat on its own! It will need to be covered in feathers and kept at a temperature of 95 degrees F until it's several weeks older. If they don't have a constant amount of heat, especially during the night when they sleep the longest, it can lead to stunted growth and the baby won't thrive. Formula at this point should also be hot (100 degree F) and served like a porridge consistency.

Depending on his species, he looks to be at least 3-4 weeks old.

I have her in a nice enclosed cat carrier, and have her wrapped up in a nest like thingy...we live in Mexico and it is already in the 80-90's here and I have her on my desk, in a corner, so no breeze gets to her...I do cover the crate at night..I was told by the person that gave her to me, she is a Mexican Parrotlet (mostly green, with a little blue)We live in the Serra mountains of Sinaloa Mexico, where these birds are prevalent between Durango and Mazatlán. Eating very well, porridge type food, corn flour and a little mango or carrot baby food puree mixed in with it, using hot water to mix, so eating it warm...eating great out of the syringe. I can barely see green coming out on the tips of her feathers.... Thank you for the advise, and suggestions...this hand feeding is all new to me...

I was just going by what I was told....but sure isn't like an parrotlet I have seen on line!!! LOL so, who wants to guess what my sweet little baby is....at about 5 weeks old, give or take...
