Maddie couldn't stand it that the Maltese were getting all the attention. Of course it only took Zoe about 2 minutes to go over and chase her off.

I am owned by a Standard Poodle..really are the smartest dogs on the planet!:D

We got maddiel Maddie from a rescue when she was 6 months old. She's 8, I think. Super smart and likes to counter surf. I remember the year she ate our son's birthday cake because I had left it cooling too close to the edge of the counter.

Maddie is a beautiful girl!

Everyone should be surrounded by so many sweet faces. Maddie's gorgeous and so is the Maltese.

I can't believe you'd accuse Zoe of jealousy, she's probably just being friendly. :)

Lol, as she nips their feet to get them off "her" mom

That was after she drove them off.

I love the lap dog pic!! :D Everyone wanted attention of course lol.. I'm not the least bit surprised that the 'lap bird' took over lol!

Karen! We finally get to put a face to the name? Sweet!

Oh! Oops! Well, hi, Other Karen! Alternate Karen? Karen 2.0? K2? ;p

Your furry friends are just as beautiful as your feathered ones! I have a red tick that can't stand for any other furry animal to be closer to me than she is. She doesn't care if Sassy or Cisco is on me (because she can still be next to me) but last night I was sitting on the other couch which is by Pea's cage (she's really cage bound and the close couch is as far as I can get away from her cage with her) and Peanut was laying on me cuddling and boy was my red tick glaring at me from the other couch...LOL..

I Love the bonus photo of Zoe after she got the dogs sorted and took back her rightful place in Mom's lap! Maybe she is a tiny bit jealous.

Great pictures of your beautiful family...tell me, does Karen ever get a chance to just sit by herself and not be covered with a big beautiful birds or 2 stunningly gorgeous dogs?

For most of the evening Karen is in her office, so she's "safe" from the critters and I'm in there with them (I'm second choice if she's not around.) She usually only spends an hour or so each evening in the living room and it's always a battle as to who is going to get to sit on her. I'll have to post a pic of the cats on her one of these days.
