I just got that new fitness system T25 [by the guy who does Insanity] .My Macaw Ruby was doing it with me :D We had to tape her [I love how she swings her head:p]
 
Ruby looks like she is having a blast! Did you enjoy that as much as she did?
She is stunning, btw:)
 
Lol. She is quite excited (and vocal)! You have such a beautiful and varied flock, they all loo so healthy. Kiwi loves it when Joe works out too.
