Hi Geoffrey, I messaged a friend of mine, who breeds red factored suns and their suggestion was to contact Rick Jordan (HillCountryAviaries.com), they believe Rick sells and ships outside the U.S.

I have some what we call pied they turn all yellow with red when in adult colors, speckled when babies with clear beak which turns black at about a year of age. Its quite established co-dominant mutation
