Sun conure not feeling well

Hello everybody,

My sun conure is about 6 months old and as of about a month ago she was not feeling well, she started to fluff up and seemed low on energy. We took her to the vet and they gave us Baytril which we administered for about 2 weeks. She seems better on her energy but she did lose some weight. We started to hand feed her with the advice of the vet. She still stays fluffed up even though we have a heater attached to her cage and we try to room warm. She also has been quacking a lot more and flapping her wings like in the video. Any suggestions , not sure if she is happy or sick. She loves head scratches and cuddles.

In my opinion, any of the vets listed here should be better than a regular vet.
International contacts, too.
If none are near you, maybe you could call and ask for a recommendation for somebody in your area.
And... sometimes, distant vets will offer brief thoughts or advice...
Or... sometimes I find a place to start just by Googling "avian veterinarian near ((your location))"
Or maybe a local breeder might help... again, maybe Google?
