Stubborn Sun Conure

Hello All,

I have GCC and Sun conure. Sun conure she is 1 year and i month. I had her since last year August. She is very stubborn to do anything, all she wants to do is stay in her cage only comes when she feels like it or when the other bird is out. She doesn't like to be touch or massages or anything else. I have no idea what to do with her.

Any help or suggestion guys..

Is it something recent? My sun conure was stubborn (i think most parrots are stubborn in one way or other) but she did seek my attention and wanted to come out. She always wanted it HER way and that part took a lot of training. Is the bird afraid of people or just not particularly tame?

she is not fully tame. She is always afraid of things noise, sudden move, etc.
What kind of training you did ?
