Slow Crop?

I dont know if its me or what. But last night Tobys's crop was pretty full at about 9pm. I got up this morning to get my daughter up and I checked on him and he still had a little food left in his crop. I laid back down and got back up about 745 his crop is empty. I gave him a little apple cider vinegar on his veggies. How much should they have? I dont know if his crop was moving slow or it was very full. Also his poops smell a little sour after a while.

How old is Toby please? Is he a baby being hand-fed? If you are hand feeding you may want to cut back on the amount you are feeding him as it might be too much. If he is eating on his own you may want to give smaller portions of foods and give them several times a day when the crop has gone down. It would also be best to take him to a avian vet to have it checked out. Good luck!

Toby is 8 months. He has been weaned about a month now.
