Shower Time For Baby

Well Ive found out that shower time is the highlight of Baby's day. She loves the bathroom and enjoys coming in the shower more than playing with her toys. If i bring her in the bathroom with me and get in the shower without her she'll walk over and knock on the glass until I let her in. Such a ham….

Baby has such a big crest! No other pet but a parrot WANTS to take a shower with their owner lol. Isn't it wonderful

Its actually been great, i wasnt sure how she would react to the shower at first being her first owners never gave her baths at all, but i guess just taking the leap and walking in the shower with her the first time kept her from freaking out when the water was coming down? Maybe it was more relaxing being I didn't just put her in there alone but got in myself?

What is it with bathrooms that gets parrot so excited and happy? Kiwi turns into a different bird when I take a shower, and sherlock gets so excited. Most of the time they just sit on the rod and talk up a storm.

Bathrooms are fun for them to scream!! I've got a perch on the mirror and three of my Caiques jump up and sing and horse around while I shave and brush my teeth! One of them loves "riding" my electric toothbrush, his own personal foot massager.

Several of my parrots enjoy misting from a spray bottle, but not one of my tame birds enjoys showers.
