So, after a trip to the grocery store, Oz now has broccoli, romaine lettuce, fresh corn and frozen veggie mix that I bought

(Is this okay to thaw and feed to him? If not I'll eat it myself =P)

But the real question here is, can I feed him raspberries? I bought some for myself an was wondering if he can eat them safely.

Raspberries are fine. But watch out, it'll look like a bloodbath!

The frozen mix should also be fine. Fresh is usually best, but many people buy prepacked veggies and stuff. We do with Merlin for veggies. He gets his fruit and things fresh, but a lot of veggies (peas, etc) we can't get as readily without taking a trip to the market and bulk buying. We find it easier to buy frozen and as far as I'm aware they're not THAT stock full of preservatives (compared to say, tinned goods.) :)

Yeah, I liked the frozen mix because of the peas but figured I'd get a mix to what he likes. I haven't had much success with getting him to eat fresh foods so far =/

I always worry about packaged veggie mix , but you will be fine . Agree , some berries will give you a scare . I gave sprite a berry once , I thought his foot was bleeding:D
