Today Rosie got to go on a 2 mile hike with my mom and I, this was her first official hike although we have walked around the base of the hill.

A unflattering photo of me with Rosie being her beautiful self

You are making me miss California! Oh heck, I already miss it! LOL

Loved the pics!

Oh copper....you are so blessed with your bird, and where you live.

I am soooo envious!!...even though I live in the country, it looks to me like California is the place to be! :)

you two look so happy together.
particularly love the close ups of Rosie, she sure is pretty ;)and you look good too!!

Nice story of the day :) The weather looks great. {I had Harlow out on her harness] Fresh air wears them out a bit . I have to say Rosie is part of the reason I did what i did today . Seeing how great she is in her pictures makes me miss mine so much. Ive been trying to figure out what to do for awhile. Today I put a deposit on a baby in Georgia their 3 weeks old.

Thanks Monica and Crimson :D It was a lot of fun, I plan to take her there more often.

It is really nice here, only down side is the bay area has the most expensive rent in the entire nation D: a one room apartment or even a studio in a San Jose bad neighborhood still cost around $1,000 a month, in a good neighborhood it changes to $2,000-$4,000. Since I have parrots I will never risk living in a bad neighborhood, even if it's just low income because of theft.

I feel like San Jose is the city of college students who can't afford to move out of their parents house XD

Awwww those photos are precious, you are both very lucky, and Rosie looks like shes having alot of fun :D She must love that view!

Oh wow, that's so exciting! I've only ever interacted with one young galah and it was precious. Rosie is a pretty spectacular example of a well rounded happy galah :)

She did seem to enjoy herself and looking at all the scenery. I hadn't taken her out in about a month(so Kenji would have company when I was out). So today she kept looking up and being aware of the birds around her and was on a look out for predators. good thing to, she used to never react to other birds and it scared me that she didn't fear them.

Rosie looks like she's enjoying herself! That is so great:)
Thanks :D She does enjoy it.

great photos, Rosie is just gorgeous!!
Thankyou so much, she is one beautiful girl :)

Somehow i missed these beautiful pics the other day. She is such a pretty bird and looks like she was having a great time.
