Rosella behavior

I dont know a whole lot about Rosellas Ian but how old is the Rosella in the video...is it a baby bird begging for food? Otherwise it could be looking for your attention...but Im not a Rosella owner so I hope someone who is more experienced comes along to tell you what this behaviour means. Your Rosella is Beautiful...whats its name ?

Thanks for the reply birdigirl, the rosella is 4 yrs old only got the pair week and a half ago. It's my first time with rosellas so hoping someone can shed a little light on this. She has 1 egg in her nest box no name as yet

It looks to be breeding behavior. If its the boy he is showing off (for the female) ... or if its the girl, she is presenting herself for breeding (to the boy)

Hi! I know this thread is a bit old. I have a rosella since 2009 and mine is also a male and when he does that he usually wants out of the cage to fly
