Thank you all, I feel much better knowing that she is very likely just a laid back bird. I had decided to put off purchasing another bird as we are wanting to add to our flock, but I wanted to make sure that everything was ok with Reptar before taking on any other family members.

I have taken your advice and am in the process of getting some better lighting and a play perch and have recently put her on a much better diet then before.
