Hi,

My african grey head is not away from the body (since a day normally at night), tail is not in the line of body (since months), wings not crossing at back. What could possibly be wrong? OR is this a normal posture?
Eating and behaving normally, not fluffled up.

VET says she is normal....!

Any suggestions?

We would need several photos to see exactly what you are talking about.

Did you take him to an avian vet?

Adnan,

Wendy's request for photos would be a huge help. Any chance you could get photos of him on a perch or someone's hand from all angles? And if you could sneak up when he is napping, that would be good too.

One question - are his wings clipped? Have you had him long? If you can gently pull his wing to be extended and get pics of his wings too, each if possible. Even if he flaps his wings as a trick, that should work! My thought, if he is new to you and had a bad clip job (to reduce him flying), he may be totally off balanced and compensating.
