Pls help sun conure ate a little bit of avocado

Avocado is certainly on the toxic foods list so you are correct to be concerned. It is certainly hazardous and can be deadly, but not necessarily 100% fatal 100% of the time. It is very difficult to say however under what circumstances or amounts that it may or may not be, hence why it's on that list.
Nobody knows your bird better than you do, so if you are concerned it may be best to try to schedule a visit to your avian specialist. Understanding that I am not sure where you're located or the availability of avian vets in your area, the following link may help you to find one if you are not already acquainted with one ...

If it was a tiny amount, he might be OK. I think it depends a lot on how much and how often they eat it. I mean chocolate is supposed to kill dogs, right? My rat terrier got into the Halloween candy once, musta ate POUNDs of chocolate. Lived to a ripe old age. So you can;t tell. Hope you lil one turns out OK
