Parrots in Japan?

Anyone know of any parrot places in tokyo besides the bird cafes? I'm visiting atm and i am noticing pets arent a big thing here.

Side note: the ravens here are huge and amazing. Many people complain about them but i would love to watch them all day if i had the time.

You have likely noted that near everything is expensive in Japan. You likely have noted that 'space' is a premium also. The combination of expensive (not having the money) and space limits near everyone from having a Pet.
