Are you asking what dry beans are safe to use for something like sprouting? Or are you looking at making up a mash or birdie bread?

Not sure exactly what you are using for, so just quick answers off the top of my head...

Seeds - flax, safflower, sesame
Beans - tan lentils (red tend to mush up), pigeon peas, black eye peas, garbanzo beans (aka chick peas), mung beans, adzuki beans (tho in my opinion they tend to be bitter), whole peas (not split, but whole peas, split won't sprout)
Nuts - depending on your bird, be careful with too many nuts, some birds need more nuts then others (such as macaws, they should have more nuts then amazon or grey who you need to worry about fatty liver more) - but healthy nuts - almonds, walnuts, filberts, hazelnuts, pecans (if your bird will eat them, we have no luck with pecans here). Pistachios are a great treat and if you have any of the big guys for whatever reason pine nuts in the shell are like crack to macaws :)

Again, apologies, was not sure exactly what your question was, so hopefully some of this was helpful!
