Berber parrots? Never heard them called that before. You are referring to Brotogeris ?
Canary wing parrots or parakeets. These are all names for the same thing.
If yes, they are fun feisty parrots, who think they are Macaws. I had one, my little Maxie, who used to chase big cockatoos off the play stand at the local parrot shop. They can talk, if patiently taught and whistle - Oh how they can whistle. Max used to do star wars and all sorts of movie melodies.
