Ordered bountiful harvest!

First time ordering from my safe bird store and I'm pretty excited I ordered the small parrot *no pellet* blend since I don't know how I feel about the pellet blend. I bet their fine but I'm so careful and would rather add my own pellets I decided to buy only a pound to start off to see if Rosie likes it, hopefully she will but if not they have other blends I can try

Oh my gosh! You better buy more, she will love it!
I bought 25lbs of it with 10lbs of Hagen tropican pellets because my fids don't eat the pellets in the BH blend.
All my fids eat everything in the mix, I mean everything!
Oh and FYI, there is carob covered almonds in the mix( its not chocolate covered, I tasted it).

I use mainly the mix because I found my fids look much healthier when they eat it as their main diet instead of pellets. They have more energy and their feathers are beautiful! Plus they are nuts for the stuff!

Mine also love it except for the dried fruits. I wish there was less of it. It get sticky and attracts ants, and my birds prefer fresh fruits so it gets wasted.

My fids love it! And just wait til you smell it, you will want to eat it yourself! (And you can too, it's human grade ingredients. )

The mix is the only way I can get my fids to eat a wide range of fruits and veggies.

That's awesome Rosie's never liked dried fruits/veggies before and always prefers her fresh veggies but I really want a additional healthy food I can leave in her cage when I go to work and not have to worry about it going bad quickly.
When I'm home she gets sliced veggies and less sliced fruit, and other healthy foods but when I leave she only gets totally organic pellets with a few harrison's power treats thrown in that she ignores lol. Luckily she really loves her totally organic pellets XD
