2. Witte Molen (AKA Pure, AAKA White Mills) Parakeet or Cockatiel
3. Sweet Harvest Cockatiel (my newest blend)
4. Sunseed VitaPrima Cockatiel & Lovebird
5. Rainforest Exotics Conure and Lovebird
6. Tropical Carnival small hookbill Natural

these are blends/brands I do not recommend:
Kaytee seed blends (I have heard from a few that it is linked to strokes)
Wild Harvest (fillers galore! also low quality. that's why it's a buck a pound!)
tropical carnival small hookbill dyed
vitakraft (low quality)

Oven Fresh Bites (if you have a billion dollars to spend)

Pellets I don't recommend

most kaytee pellets (food from the wild, natural, nutrisoft, and the naturally colored ones are okay)
pretty bird daily select (dyes)
MaZuri (salt and preservatives)
ZuPreem (salt and sugar. this is okay for diet conversion!)
Higgins InTune (sugar)
Hagen Tropican (high in fat)
