[Lovely]

So I need something to really cheer me up. Like I know how accidents happen, but I just watched a video I wish I never watched. I read about how someone accidently crushed their birds, but this video was about how people would crushing a puppy. Omg I've never felt sicker to my stomach than after that video.

Any ideas on how to cheer me up? All are needed, I'm rocking back and forth in my chair holding my knees crying. x-x Help.

How sad and sick! I have seen some videos I wish I never did also... So now, if I see anything on fb or anywhere else that looks like it would be bad/sad or has an iffy title, I don't even chance it. It's hard to forget about, you just have to try and turn on something happy or do something that will get your mind off it.

There are a lot of sick, unhappy and ignorant people in the world. Know that you are not among them, and are better than that! Sadly, anyone can post anything on these computers. Play with your birds, and other pets, and know that you are giving them a wonderful home and life. They need not ever worry about such a horrible thing. I worked for many years in Animal Welfare and Rescue, and saw things that amazed me by their sickening cruelty. I always came home and hugged my animals, sometimes with tears in my eyes, knowing that I was a superior guardian, and human being. You are equally loving and caring. Pray for the poor animals that have nobody like us, and know that these bastards will get theirs, somehow, someday. And there are more of us than there is of them. Thank goodness! Be strong, the world needs people like us.

People like that should be under the jail. It's important not to view any type of video like that or even click on it, as those nut jobs get off on how many hits their videos get, and gives them incentive to do more.

OMG, your talking about those 3 stupid girls stump that poor puppy to death.....It made me cry watching it....When I heard the puppy yelp, it broke my heart in pieces reminding me of my dogs, how could anyone be so cruel....I'm tearing up now...can't talk about it....

YES! That video! I went out to my mom in tears, and told her. She told me people are idiots and that I need to pretend it was just a stuff puppy. But today I'm going to the place that sells puppies and I'm gonna hug all the puppies.

I'm so happy I've never seen that video D: people are terrible sometime! Why on earth do they think that is ok! And not nearly enough are being punished for such actions.

I very rarelly even like taking Rosie out for walks in my neighborhood, and I live in a great neighborhood too. I worry some random person will run up and steal her, only to break her wings and torture her

I can't watch the news, it makes me so paranoid seeing how crazy people are today all over the nation.

I accidently clicked on it, and I regret it.
I can't imagine rehoming my lovebirds, even if they go to a great owner.
But I wanna figure out who those girls are and slap 'em like a 100 million times!

I am certainly glad I didn't see this video. I can see how you would have a hard time getting it out of your head. Just remember, there is far more good out in this world then there is bad. Try to think of the positive. I think going to hug some puppies is a great idea!

I also torment myself by keeping 'up to date' on animal abuse issues (i go in spells of this, when i can stomach it and when i simply cannot!) I so know the feeling of being sickened and traumatized by the images.
I usually say a prayer for the poor innocent lives. Be comforted by the fact that you have the depth and insight to see how disturbed it is and just try to be hopeful that you can use your own empathy for good. Even in small ways, i don't think kindness or good actions are wasted. Even one life protected is a life worth protecting!

This video is very tragic and I never finished watching it cause others told me what happened and it was breaking my heart....The whole video lasted for 20min and it was abuse to the puppy from beginning to end until they killed him.

wow, i didn't see this particular one and i'm glad i didn't. 20 minutes.....i honestly think i would begin feeling a level of hatred that would make me feel sick with myself.
thankfully there are more decent people in the world than abusers!

The 3 girls, whose identities remain unknown, are now under the custody of the Department of Social Welfare, while the couple who produced the fetish videos are in jail and waiting trial.

The couple, Dorma and Vicente Ridon, has been arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation, helped by the probe made by PETA when it received in 2011 a report from a citizen featuring several crush videos.
PETA said the fetish videos show the torture of animals for perverse and twisted sexual gratification of some people.
Besides the initial cruelty to animal and child abuse charges filed against the couple, the Department of Justice added new charges, including violation of the Philippine Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act, the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act and more child abuse charges.

This makes me so sick, the idea of someone doing such a disgusting act is horrid. I hope animal abusers get the same response as pedophiles in prisons!!

You have no idea how happy this news has made me feel...I had to step away for a second and start typing this. That video really bothered me big time and I burst into tears knowing those evil no good $@*#&$! have been captured. It took me 15 min to type this....I tell my pups how fortunate they are as evil people are out there doing evil things to poor babies...

I am glad I did not see this video. Yes, sadly people do bad thing to animals and fellow humans. I believe most pet owners do not do stuff like that. I do not work at a shelter or rescue animals but in my observation at worse people are either cheap or ignorant on the care of their animals.
