November POTM Contest

For November we decided the theme will be PHOTOBOMBING. For those unfamiliar with the term:​

Photobombing is the act of accidentally or purposely putting oneself into the view of a photograph, often in order to play a practical joke on the photographer or the subjects.​

Here are 2 perfect examples (these are our Julie's gorgeous fids, Raven and Griffin)​

Entries may be submitted from today through Friday, November 27th.​

*​

No more than one (1) entry per member, please.​

*​

No photoshopping.​

*​

A Public Poll will determine the winner.​

The winner will receive a FREE One (1) year Premium Membership, and the winning photo will be placed on the forum's Homepage for the entire month of December.​

Great photo Mekaisto Those talons look frightening! The perspective is great though.

I wish I has something to enter. Unfortunately Mako doesn't want to photobomb Sailor, maybe just bomb her, period. Last time I had her on the floor he barreled off his cage full speed and grabbed her by the tail with extreme birdy prejudice. I was like "Whoa there little man, you've got a tiger by the tail!" Needless to say these two aren't photobomb material. Gotta keep them separated because of Mr. Jealousy. All attention is HIS attention, period-end of story!

Sweet! Not only am I loving the perspective as well, but that shredded arm guard speaks to the power and sharpness of those talons! And you can tell the impressive weight by how the person is holding one arm up with the other! VERY cool pic!

I've got one. It's an old photo, and it's one of my favorites.

I call this "Height Dominance."

My old playstand was over seven feet tall. I'm only six feet tall. so I had to stretch to scratch heads when they were up on top of the thing... Anyway, I got the shot of Sally doing the headfeathers up, head in the palm of your hand thing...

And right as I got the shot, Tusk came running over and put his head upside down. It was more an inadvertent photobomb. "I got dibbs on the next head scratch."

If you look closely, you'll see macaw tail feathers coming from my shoulder area. I believe Pecker was still alive when this was taken, so she would have been on the other shoulder, because, well... she pretty much always was.

Yeah, it's an MBS thing. Four at once is average.

Pecker did the same thing Sally is doing in this photo, only she put her headfeathers up like that, and stuck her head in my eye socket...

Kiwi does this as well, only she presses her head against the bottom of my chin, raises her head feathers and says "AAAAAAWWWW!" (So does everyone else when they see that...)

Sorry about the photo quality. I've got this one framed, and taking the frame apart would make the photo collage fall apart, and that would be a pain to put back together. I'll try to take a better photo of it when there's less glare.

Well this is a video, not a photo so it won't be eligible but it's a "video bombing" so I'll post it for fun. Background, my boys were talking to a lovely sulphur-crested when his roommate, a major mitchell decided to butt in!

I would post one but mine aren't photobomb so mabye next contest if it is on caiques! Is it okay if my mom took them of me or does it have to be taken by me. I'd didn't understand the rules. Also it is not my bird. Great photos everyone!!
