Thank you. Its very cute to watch them interact with the back and forth conversations. There is a inter species brother connection going on for sure, and I do believe has been therapeutic.

Its so weird how they can get like that! They hold grudges that last too that can be kind of scary! Our female cockatiel rages on our male cockatiel for months. And now after bringing our baby Double Yellow headed Amazon home we have a strange love triangle going on. With our female cockatiel showing an interest the last few months in the Double Yellow Headed Amazon. She goes crazy trying to get his attention, calling out then sticking her tail up up against the cage ruffling her feathers. I think trying to get him to mate with her...which I cannot figure out with the major size difference and the fact he’s way too young to notice this even if it was physically possible. All this after more than a year of her ignoring our male cockatiel or freaking out at him...The poor guy has tried to sing and dance to woo her, being so sweet to her and she’s just so mean to him, we can’t put the two cockatiels together since she always attacks him and he just lets her!
