this month's contest.

Owners of single birds,
please note,
you can enter a photo
just of your birdie companion
if you are camera shy

No more than one "Official Entry"
per member, but there is no limit
on "Just For Fun" images.
Don't forget to advise if the submission
is an "Official" entry or "Just For Fun"!
Please ensure to include your
bird's name in your post,
and remember to
observe safety guidelines.

The winner receives a free
One Year Premium Membership
to Parrot Forums, and the
winning photo will be displayed
on the Home Page
for the following month.

Entries are open now and will close
early morning on November 28,
(times will vary
depending on your local timezone).
At the end of the submission period,
a 3-day poll will be held
to determine the winner.

And I think you're right about the teary eyes too, Aunty G, I get the feeling there may be quite a few onions being chopped this month!

What a pair of pretty pairs, Roz! I’m so sorry for Romek’s passing. Saying goodbye to a friend is always so very sad, but necessary so that we may know the joy that comes with meeting them again one day

I'm tossing my hat in the ring. I received Henry Little (cousin to Stuart and Chicken) from my hubby this last February (he was a rescue and we are his 4th and forever home). He is my smallest and youngest parrot and we have bonded like you wouldn't believe. That is his favorite place to perch, right up next to me or under my hair. As soon as I walk in the house he's screaming "MOM!" I'm his personal bus, as he's climbing everywhere on me and asking me "What ya doing?", like the 4 year old he is. This little GCC has stolen my heart. I titled the picture "Hoodie Weather".

Oh BombsAway, I teared up twice at this pic. Once because of how happy little Henry looks, and again because he has finally found his forever home! Thank you so much for your entry, he's such a sweet baby and I'm so very happy for the two of you
