My parents just bought an air fryer (searched online and thankfully its a safe one to use around birds) but they are wanting to buy liners/trays for inside the air fryer. Are there any that are safe for the birds..?? All I'm seeing are non stick ones. Just want to buy something safe to use before my parents buy and use something that isn't.

Aren't tin foil liners safe? You can throw them out after they get used a few times. If you don't want things to stick to them you can rub them with a few drops of olive oil. Maybe I don't understand air fryers.

If there's something bad about using tin foil when cooking, I've never heard it, and I do it all the time with my birds close by.

Non stick tinfoil is coated with silicone. I dont know if it harmful or not. I dont use it just in case.

It's getting harder to find but plain parchment paper is safe. The problem is that I can now only find it in the dollar stores. It annoys me that the nonstick parchment paper doesn't label what that coating is. I am putting a bit of olive oil on paper towel to coat pans.

I've never heard of non-stick tin foil. I use regular Reynolds wrap. If I want to make it less "sticky" I rub some olive oil on it.

Wow, Thanks! I've looked at that box for decades and never read it! I wonder if cheaper brands of aluminum foil are coated? Truth is I'm not worried about it but appreciate your effort.
Now, I wonder if those disposable foil grease cups you put in your grill have nonstick coating? I doubt it because they wouldn't have any need to be nonstick. I'll check the ones we sell at Lowe's and let everyone know.

You can buy cheaper non stick. Great value for example. Cheap cheap foil isnt going to be coated. Coated cost more.
