Hi everyone! First post woo!
So I just got my baby Scaley-Breasted Lorikeet (4 months old) about a week ago. I got Olive from a breeder who hand raises his birds (although mine seems a bit unhandled ) .
The only problem is that Olive will not touch her wet food. She only started eating her dry mix once I mashed banana in it (loves her banana! ) but shows absolutely no interest in the wet.
The breeder had the same problem with her. Nothing he did could encourage her to eat it!
Does anyone have any tips/tricks on getting a very stubborn Lorikeet to eat her darned nectar?
