her name is cookie daughter chose it and her sound is that normal in vid

Nice name. I should think that this noise is quite typical for CAG. I think my CAG's use it when they want my attention or when they are hungry.
Don't give up on food she didn't like to quickly. Some times it takes a bit until they start liking new kind of food.
How is she with vegies and fruits?

only foods she likes at mo is the tidy mix the pellets not eating nor fruit or veggies likes sweet potato, don't wanna be giving just the tidymix as i want a varied diet but don't wanna starve her either by just placing pellets and fruit in bowls and she don't touch them, guess ur right about noise as whenever she hears my voice starts making the noises but still when im with her is making them that natural?

It sounds normal. Remember that every thing she knew has been changed and she is trying to make sense of the world. Give her time and love and she will settle in. It may take weeks or more for her to become extremely comfortable with new surrounding and routines.

There is no need to starve her, just keep offering her vegies and fruits. Try to eat those foods infront of her in very theatrical way as if you were eating the best food in the world. I am sure she'll show some interest then.
Mine also love when I give them the vegies as a "kabob".

Mine also make noise every time I go to another room. I think that's because they are social and they want to know where is a member of their flock.
Does Cookie love nuts?

Cookie is gorgeous
She is a little squeaker alright
Her behavior is absolutely normal for her age
Either Cookie is seeking attention, is hungry or may even be begining to imitate what you are saying.

is that kabob steamed ?

LOOKS LIKE CORN RED PEPPER ZUCCHINI SWEET POTATO ?

Aw, she needs her mommy. What was the breeder feeding her? The noises she is making is typical baby bird noises. Remember, hand-raised birds are depending on you for EVERYTHING. And at her age being in a wide open cage is a bit nerve wracking as normally young birds are in a cramped nest hole. When they start exploring their world they normally have siblings to cuddle up to. Birds this young do need close contact until they are confident to be on their own. Often you'll see young birds like this sitting in their food bowl like it was a nest.

Give her time, with proper training she'll be an awesome member of your family for many years.

I only boiled the corn, everything else is uncooked. You've got right all parts, there are also a carrot and some kind of turnip.
Here is my kabob at the end of the day:

Each time I wander whether something got inside the parrot or is everything on the floor:)

Just keep offering it to her, along with the seeds and she will come around. Just be patient...:)

Well, I don't know where are you from. There is a brand called Nutribird (Belgian). Both my CAG like their pellets P15. They like it more when they are a bit wet, so I put them under water stream for 10 sec. and then give it to them.
My male CAG is not picky at all, but it took quite some time for my female CAG to start eating those pellets. I took her in my lap and offered her the pellets during the play.
Just don't give up. Keep offering different kinds of food again and again, eventually she'll love it. You can offer her coocked food such as boiled egg, beans, vegies, chicken flash, spaghetti and so on.
Putting food in foraging toys could also be a good idea.

Good. For beggininng you can also mix some amount of P15 with the seed mix that Coockie loves, it might help.
